3/7/26 - Date of fire
3/8/26 - Tom Licciardi of Accurate Reconstruction performed his initial inspection
3/10/26 - Tom performed an additional inspection with GNY's independent adjuster
3/13/26 - Our preliminary estimate was submited to adjuster
3/16/26 - Introductory meeting with homeowners via Zoom
3/23/26 - Tommy will inspect the property with the Architect on Tuesday, 3/24/2026
4/7/26 - We have received the architectural drawings and will be submitting permit applications shortly.
5/6/26 - Demolition will begin tomorrow.
5/12/26 - Thank you for your patience. We will begin new work as soon as our permit applications are approved by Town Hall.
6/14/26 - Our permit applications have been approved by the Township.
7/5/26 - We have begun installing sheetrock.
7/22/26 - We have begun performing our finish work.
8/5/26 - It is our intention to complete all work and apply for final inspections by the end of this month.
